Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our FDM and SLA 3D printing services.
What file formats do you accept for 3D printing?
We primarily accept .STL, .OBJ, and .STEP files. For the best results and fastest quotes, .STL is recommended.
What is the maximum build volume you can print?
For FDM printing (Bambu Lab X1 Carbon), our maximum build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. For SLA resin printing (Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra), it is 218 × 122 × 260 mm. We also have large format FDM printers up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm for massive parts.
How accurate are your 3D prints?
Our SLA resin printers can achieve up to 0.025mm layer heights for ultra-high detail. Our high-precision FDM prints have a dimensional accuracy of ±0.1mm.
Do you offer same-day or 24-hour 3D printing?
Yes! We offer rush services. Many small to medium FDM parts can be printed and dispatched within 24 hours depending on machine availability and part complexity.
What materials do you offer?
We stock over 50 materials including standard plastics (PLA, ABS, PETG), engineering materials (Nylon, Carbon Fiber, TPU), and specialized resins (Castable, BioMed, Tough).
