Custom Nature of 3D Printing

All 3D printing orders by Moushree Enterprise LLP (LLP ID: ABB-3435, GSTIN: 29AABFM1234A1Z5) are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Each part is printed specifically for your order and cannot be resold to other customers.

Due to the custom nature of our services, returns and refunds are handled differently than standard retail products. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Pre-Delivery Inspection Rights:

Eligible for Full Refund

We will provide a full refund when:

  • The printed part doesn't match the approved specifications
  • Manufacturing defects due to our printing process
  • Wrong material or color was used
  • Parts are significantly outside dimensional tolerances
  • We cannot deliver within the agreed timeline due to our error

Partial Refund Scenarios

You may receive a partial refund (25-75%) when:

  • Minor dimensional variations within industry standards
  • Surface finish issues that don't affect functionality
  • Color variations in multi-part orders
  • Small support marks or layer lines (normal for 3D printing)

Evaluation Process: Our technical team will review your concern and determine the appropriate refund amount based on the impact on functionality and appearance.

No Refund Conditions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind or project requirements after printing
  • File errors or design flaws in your submitted files
  • Parts that don't fit your intended application (without our error)
  • Normal characteristics of 3D printing (layer lines, support marks)
  • Orders where you approved the quote and specifications
  • Parts damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Order cancellation after production has started
  • Post-processing damage: Heat damage, chemical exposure, sanding injuries
  • Misuse or modification: Drilling, cutting, or altering printed parts
  • Environmental damage: UV degradation, temperature extremes

Important: We strongly recommend ordering samples or prototypes for critical applications before placing large orders.

Status-Based Cancellation:

  • "Order Placed" Status: Full refund available up to 2 hours

  • "File Processing" Status: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
  • "Production Queue" Status: 75% refund

Production-Based Cancellation:

  • 0-25% complete: 75% refund
  • 25-50% complete: 50% refund
  • 50-75% complete: 25% refund
  • Over 75% complete: No refund (order will be completed and shipped)

Payment Gateway Charges: Cancellation fees cover actual charges imposed by payment processors (typically 2-5% of transaction value).

Return Shipping Policy

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We provide a prepaid return label. No shipping costs for customers. All returns are covered by courier insurance.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: We provide a prepaid return label. No shipping costs for customers.
  • Manufacturing Defects (within 7-day warranty): We provide prepaid return shipping and replace the item at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for custom items as they are made specifically to your design specifications.
  • Custom Specifications Not Met: We review on a case-by-case basis. If error is on our end, we cover shipping and provide replacement or full refund.
