3D Printing Services is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authorities. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier or customs office upon delivery. We cannot predict or control these charges as they vary by country and are determined by local regulations.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer due to customs fees or other reasons:

  • The customer will be charged for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • No refund will be provided for refused shipments, except in cases of verified transit damage or courier-related delivery failure
