Terms of Service

By using our 3D printing services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Moushree Enterprise LLP (LLP ID: ABB-3435, GSTIN: 29AABFM1234A1Z5) provides professional 3D printing services subject to these terms.

These services are available to individuals and businesses. By placing an order, you confirm you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

File Specifications:

• Accepted formats: STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, IGES
• Maximum file size: 50MB per file
• Files must be manifold (watertight) and printable
• Minimum feature size: 0.1mm for FDM, 0.025mm for SLA

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure files are print-ready and error-free
• Provide accurate specifications and requirements
• Verify you own rights to the designs
• Review and approve quotes before production

Your Designs: You retain all intellectual property rights in your designs. We will not reproduce, distribute, or use your designs except as necessary to provide the requested printing services.

Prohibited Content: You may not submit files that:

• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Are illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Could be used for weapons or dangerous devices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse any project that violates these guidelines.

Pricing:

• Prices calculated based on material, volume, complexity, and quantity
• All prices include GST (18%) as per Indian tax laws
• Quotes valid for 30 days from issue date

Payment Terms:

• Payment required before production starts
• Accepted methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, bank transfer
• GST invoices provided for all transactions
• Currency: Indian Rupees (INR)

Production Timeline:

• Standard: 3-7 business days
• Complex projects may require additional time
• Production starts only after payment confirmation

Delivery:

• Professional packaging with tracking provided
• Shipping costs calculated based on location and weight
• Insurance included for high-value items
• Local pickup available by appointment

Quality Standards:

• All parts inspected before shipping
• Dimensional accuracy: ±0.1mm (FDM), ±0.05mm (SLA)
• Layer adhesion and surface finish checked
• Photos provided for approval if requested

Limitations:

• Natural variations in 3D printing processes
• Layer lines and support marks are normal
• Color matching not guaranteed for multi-part orders
• Post-processing may affect dimensional accuracy

Our liability is limited to the cost of the printing service provided. We are not responsible for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of business or profits
• Delays due to file issues or external factors
• Compatibility issues with your intended use
• Damage occurring after delivery

For critical applications, we recommend prototyping and testing before production orders.

Warranty Covers:

• Structural defects in the printed object
• Material defects (warping, cracking, delamination) under normal use
• Print quality issues (layer separation, poor adhesion)

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications made by the customer
• Damage during shipping (covered by courier insurance)
• Color variations due to material batch differences
• Custom items designed by the customer (design flaws)

If your warranty claim is approved, we will replace the defective item at no cost to you, including return shipping.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Informal Resolution First:

Before formal legal proceedings, contact us at admin@moushreeenterprise.com to seek an informal resolution. Many disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

Consumer Protection Rights: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters: Earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, cyclones
• Pandemics and health emergencies: COVID-19, epidemics, quarantine restrictions
• Government actions: Lockdowns, curfews, regulatory changes
• Civil unrest: Riots, strikes, labor disputes, terrorism, war
• Utility failures: Power outages, internet disruptions
• Supply chain disruptions: Material shortages, printer equipment failures, supplier delays
• Transportation issues: Courier disruptions, fuel shortages, road blockages

During force majeure events, our performance obligations are suspended. We will notify affected customers promptly and make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations.

If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate affected orders with mutual agreement on compensation.

Severability:

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed and will not affect the validity of remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moushree Enterprise LLP.

Modification of Terms:

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moushree Enterprise LLP from any claims arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of services, or uploaded designs that infringe third-party rights.
